Super Tough Rubber Ball Dog Toy - Small
Rated 5/5 based on 1 reviews. There are some amazing dog toys on the market these days, built to stand up to the rigorous workout that a dog can put them through. Unfortunately, they can be very pricey, and in the end, you'll usually find that they are not indestructible, and carry with them a warning like 'not suitable for unsupervised play by heavy chewers'.
Dogs are equipped with extremely destructive tools in their powerful jaws and teeth, and a lot of them really know how to use those tools to their full potential! You know the story ... brand new tennis ball ... 2 seconds ... POP! Bye bye tennis ball! You need something MUCH stronger!
These super sturdy rubber ball chew toys are up there with the best! If they can last the distance with my two dogs I definitely give them my vote of confidence! The small size actually seems to give it additional strength and lasting power.
And there are more advantages with this toy design too - it's designed to also be a treat toy - hide treats inside and your best friend can have fun getting them out - a little smear of peanut butter or a liver treat will make a very happy dog! This can keep your dog occupied (i.e. out of trouble!) both physically and also challenge them mentally.
This small size toy is ideally suited to small to medium breeds (not recommended for extra large dogs as they could potentially swallow it)
Your dog will love it!

PLEASE NOTE: No dog toy is indestructible. A few dogs are particularly destructive and in those cases, no matter what you give them, they WILL destroy it. This is unfortunate but true. The feedback we have received from buyers of our Tough toys has been extremely positive from almost all buyers. However, a few have found that their dog destroys the toy and have laid the blame with us in the form of negative feedback. As a result, we are providing this disclaimer: if you believe your dog to be particularly destructive, this toy may not be for you. Or you can try it but only give your dog limited supervised sessions with the toy. If they start to destroy it, we suggest you try to use it as a throw toy rather than a chew toy - these toys are excellent as throw/catch type toys. If you have any doubts about these issues, please feel free to contact us before you buy - we are happy to discuss it with you.

Great Ball
By: Lyn on 5 May 2014I bought two of these at the start of October 2013 - somehow I lost one immediately without even using it - and I have just ordered 2 more in May 2014. I have used the second one from October daily, sometimes twice a day for about a half hour play with my active border collie who had been destroying tennis balls at the rate of about 2 per week prior to my purchase. I use it solely to play fetch with him and he does not have it through the day. He fetches for pretty much most of the half hour, chomps on the ball joyfully (but I try not to let him do this for long) sometimes and it is only now starting to split but it is still usable. He generally does fetch and drop reasonably well but he still has a chomp. I just bought the new ones as a back up for when it does go. I was extremely happy with my purchase as I have bought super tough kongs for a much more expensive price and they have not been anywhere near as hardy.
