There are some amazing dog toys on the market these days, built to stand up to the rigorous workout that a dog can put them through. Unfortunately, they can be very pricey, and in the end, you'll usually find that they are not indestructible, and carry with them a warning like 'not suitable for unsupervised play by heavy chewers'.

Dogs are equipped with extremely destructive tools in their powerful jaws and teeth, and a lot of them really know how to use those tools to their full potential! You know the story ... brand new tennis ball ... 2 seconds ... POP! Bye bye tennis ball! You need something MUCH stronger!

The feedback we have received from buyers of our Tough toys has been extremely positive from almost all buyers. However, a few have found that their dog destroys the toy and have laid the blame with us in the form of negative feedback. As a result, we are providing this disclaimer: if you believe your dog to be particularly destructive, this toy may not be for you. Or you can try it but only give your dog limited supervised sessions with the toy. If they start to destroy it, we suggest you try to use it as a throw toy rather than a chew toy - these toys are excellent as throw/catch type toys.
